I was going to attempt a window pane design, but I think I need a little more practice with my left hand painting before I do that one. So I decided that doing a neon tip french manicure would be a little easier to accomplish, and it was! I applied a base coat, (2) coats of the Cocktail Bling, (2) coats of the Cute as a Button on the tips, and finally a glossy top coat. What french manicure combos have you tried?
