To do this manicure, I painted 2 coats of the charcoal base color Over the Top, and waited for it to dry thoroughly. Then using a round sticker (price stickers or reinforcers) I placed them on the lower part of the nail near the nail bed protecting a section of the charcoal. Then I painted a thick layer of the Mint Candy Apple waited a few seconds for it to dry then removed the sticker. Add a top coat, and you're set.
